DISPOSITION LIST
§ A261-66. Minimum.
The reduction under §§ A261-63 and A261-64 shall not reduce the dollar limitation of § A261-62 below:
   A.   Seventy-five thousand dollars if the benefits begin at or after age 55; or
   B.   If the benefits begin before age 55, the equivalent of the $75,000 limitation for age 55.
