Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not to exceed $100. Each day a peddler, solicitor or transient merchant shall engage in the transaction of business without a permit or in violation of §§ 111.06, 111.07 and 111.08 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
