§ 111.07 IDENTIFICATION AND CARRYING PERMITS.
   (A)   All peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants shall display on their persons photo- identification, which clearly states their name and organization, if any, with which they are affiliated in the transaction of business.
   (B)   All peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants shall carry with the permit issued by the town’s Clerk-Treasurer.
