(A) No peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants shall enter upon property in the town on which a sign or notice stating “No Solicitors”, or words to that effect, is posted and plainly visible.
(B) Peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants are prohibited from soliciting on Sundays and holidays. HOLIDAYS are defined as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Valentines Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day. The hours of soliciting shall be limited to 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., local time.
