No owner or occupant of any premises in the City upon which any condition set forth in Section 1460.01 exists shall fail, refuse or neglect to abate such condition within three days after notice thereof, in writing, except that only one three-day notice with respect to abatement of weeds and other growths as defined in Section 1442.01(b)(3) and/or Section 1084.05 shall be sufficient in any calendar year.
