§ 151.15 NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS, CONTENTS AND SERVICE.
   (A)   Notice of violations. Whenever the Enforcement Officer determines that there are reasonable grounds to believe that either an owner or occupant of real estate has failed to assume the responsibilities imposed by § 151.02 or § 151.03, or an owner has failed to comply with the building requirements set out in § 151.04, the Enforcement Officer shall give notice of such alleged violation as required by § 150.13 within three days.
   (B)   Request for a hearing. Any person affected by any notice or order issued pursuant to division (A) above, may request a hearing using the procedure set out in § 150.15.
   (C)   Notice served automatically becomes an order. Any notice served upon an owner, occupant, or agent under this subchapter shall automatically become an order of the Board of Public Works and Safety, if the person does not present himself or herself at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (D)   Appeal from a decision of the Board of Public Works and Safety. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Board of Public Works and Safety may seek relief by filing an action for relief in the Circuit Court or Superior Court of Randolph County within 30 days of the decision of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
