§ 110.02 HOURS OF OPERATION.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep a poolroom, billiard room, shooting gallery, or similar amusement-type business, open to the public for business between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. ('74 Code, § 113.02) (Ord. 1229, passed 10-5-31) Penalty, see § 110.99
