§ 93.15 GAMES AND SPORTS.
   No person shall throw, cast, catch, kick, or strike any ball or other object in any park, or engage in any sport, game, or competition, except in places suitable and adequate therefor.

§ 93.16 HORSEBACK RIDING.
   No person shall use, ride, or drive a horse in any park unless authorized to do so by the Board of Parks and Recreation, except in those areas which may be designated by the Board.

§ 93.17 ANIMALS AND PETS.
   (A)    No person who owns, is the custodian of, or has control of any animal shall cause or permit such animal to go at large in any park. A dog may be brought into a park provided it is continuously restrained by a leash not exceeding six feet in length, except that no dog will be permitted in, upon, or on buildings, playgrounds, bathing areas, swimming pools, stands, concrete areas, seats, seating areas, sundecks adjacent to swimming pools, areas where food is purveyed, kept, or prepared, or other areas designated by signs as prohibited areas. Any animal found at large may be seized and impounded or disposed of pursuant to Chapter 90.
   (B)   No person having the care of any dog or other animal shall permit such animal to enter or drink the water of any drinking fountain or swimming pool in any park except at places designated or maintained therefor.

§ 93.18 CAMPFIRES AND THE LIKE; DISCARDING OF CIGARETTES OR MATCHES.
   (A)    No person shall kindle, build, maintain, or use a fire except in places provided for such purpose or under special permit. Any fire shall be continuously under the care and direction of a competent person over 21 years of age from the time it is kindled until it is extinguished. No fire shall be built within 10 feet of any tree or building, or beneath the branches of any trees or in any underbrush.
   (B)    No person shall throw away or discard any lighted match, cigar, or cigarette in any park.

§ 93.19 MODEL BOATS AND AIRPLANES.
   No person shall, in any park, engage in toy aviation, model boating, model automobile driving, or model airplane flying, except at places designated or maintained therefor.

§ 93.20 HARTER PARK HOURS OF USE.
   The hours of public use of Harter Park shall be as follows:
   (A)   Beginning November 1 through March 31, of every year, Harter Park shall be closed to the public at 7:00 p.m. and open at 7:00 a.m. except during the Community Christmas display when Harter Park shall close at 11:00 p.m.
   (B)   Beginning April 1 through October 31 of every year, Harter Park shall be closed to the public at 11:00 p.m. and open at 6:00 a.m.
   (C)   No unauthorized persons are to be present in Harter Park after closing.
   (D)   The Board of Public Works may allow exceptions to these hours for specific events on request and authorize specific persons to work in the park after closing hours.
   (E)   The penalty for violation of this section shall be as set out in § 93.99.
