1113.09  TREES.
   Street trees, when planted, shall be located outside of the street right of way of any sewer or water easements that may be adjacent to the street right of way and planted in such manner as not to impair visibility at any corner or corners.  Subdividers or developers should retain existing trees wherever possible and should plant only those trees listed below or varieties of comparable habit and character.
