1113.08 MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISIONS.

(a) A mobile home subdivision shall contain a minimum of five acres unless zoning requirements are greater, and shall be developed in the same manner as required for any subdivision in the same area in which mobile home subdivisions are permitted.

(b) The development standards for a mobile home subdivision shall be the same as the requirements for single-family dwelling subdivisions.
