149.03 BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING CODE APPEALS APPEARANCE FEES.

The nonrefundable filing fee for any appearance before the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals, payable to the Director of Finance, shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any applicant who fails to appear for a scheduled proceeding without an excuse acceptable to the Board, shall forfeit the filing fee and be required to re-submit the fee before the application will be considered.
