Council, pursuant to Section 7.01 of the Municipal Charter, hereby declares that effective January 1, 1963, the positions of Finance Director and Clerk shall become two separate and distinct positions both of which shall entail individually such duties as are separately enumerated in Section 7.02 and 3.09(B) of the Charter and such other and incidental duties as may be prescribed by the Mayor in order to carry out the full intent of such subsections.
