921.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 921.08(e) is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day during which a violation of any provision of this Chapter exists shall be considered a separate offense.
