146.02 AUTHORITY.

The Commission is only a monitoring and recommending body. Members shall have no voting authority on the Charter Review Commission. No person shall be permitted to be a member of the Charter Review Oversight Commission and the Charter Review Commission at the same time. The Oversight Commission shall only have monitoring and recommending authority over issues directly related to specific provision of the Charter of the City of Twinsburg.
