   923.05 SUPERINTENDENT'S APPOINTMENT.
   The Mayor may appoint a Superintendent of the Cemetery if he or she determines that one is necessary. The Superintendent shall not be subject to Civil Service and shall be subject to removal at any time by the Mayor.
