917.01 CONSENT FOR ERECTION OF LINES, STRUCTURES.

No person operating a public utility shall erect or maintain any lines or structures in, over or through any streets, alleys, lanes, lands, squares and public places of the Municipality without first securing the consent of the Municipality by a duly enacted resolution of Council.
