(a) A license issued pursuant to Section 745.07 shall be valid and in effect for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
(b) Upon request of any private investigator duly licensed pursuant to Section 745.07, the Mayor will, from year to year, renew the license of such private investigator, provided that such investigator pays the renewal fee required by Section 745.04 and provided that such investigator meets the requirements set forth in Section 745.09.
(c) Any license that is renewed pursuant to subsection (b) hereof shall be valid and in effect for a period of one year from the date of renewal.
