(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to prescribe rules and regulations, in addition to those contained in this chapter, for such private investigators, wherever and whenever their services are conducted.
(b) Unless excepted under subsection (c) hereof, each private investigator shall give bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000), to the satisfaction of the Mayor and the Director of Law, and shall pay a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first year and a renewal fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each year thereafter.
(c) Each private investigator who is currently licensed as a private investigator by the State of Ohio, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4749.01 through 4749.99 inclusive, shall not be required to pay the license fees required by subsection (b) hereof.
