No person shall, in the inhabited part of the city, explode or set off any firearms, fireballs, firecrackers, torpedos, rockets, or other fireworks, or otherwise pursue any amusement or exercise calculated to impede travel or injure or annoy persons passing along the streets or sidewalks, or frequenting any public place.
