(A) Upon payment of the required fee, receipt of an indemnity bond or policy in an amount to be set from time to time by the City Council to indemnify the city and to insure against the filing of any and all claims arising through or because of such public display, and approval of the City Council the Clerk shall issue a permit giving the applicant permission to conduct such display of fireworks. Such bond shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney and shall be filed in the office of the Clerk.
(B) Such permit shall designate the kinds and quantities of fireworks to be used at such display, and no other kinds and no greater quantities of fireworks than therein specified shall be used at such display.
