The applicant for any license specified in this chapter shall execute a bond to the city in the sum of $500 with good and sufficient surety to be approved by the City Council, conditioned that the applicant will faithfully observe all ordinances of the city and all provisions of this code and will pay all fines and penalties that may be assessed against him for violation thereof, during the term of the license.
