(A) Any person desiring a license for any of the purposes specified in § 112.02, shall file with the Clerk an application in writing setting forth the type of amusement to be covered by such application, the building or location of such amusement, the length of time for which the license is desired, the name and post office address of the owner or operator of such amusement and bond as herein required.
(B) If the application shall be for an amusement device, the applicant shall further state the type of such device and the specific location within a room, building, or other location where such device is to be placed.
(C) When the application and bond are filed, the Clerk shall present them to the City Council at its next meeting and the Council, at its discretion upon the approval of the bond and payment to the City Clerk of the fee for the license, may grant the license for the purpose specified in § 112.02.
