§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 71.30, 71.31, 71.32, or 71.33 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100, and shall be fined for a second conviction not less than $50 nor more than $100.
