The purpose of the Administrative Manual is to establish criteria that ensure that land
is properly planned and executed with due consideration for public services and facilities, topographic constraints, and the general public’s health, safety, and welfare and that review of land
proposals are completed in a timely manner. Specifically, the Administrative Manual establishes the following:
2.1 Application submittal requirements;
2.2 Permitted modifications to the application submittal requirements;
2.3
review procedures;
2.4 Compliance Review Timeframes Policy; and,
2.5
review fees.

The Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is responsible for maintaining and publishing the Administrative Manual. The Administrative Manual is available as a public record in the City Clerk’s Office, the PDSD, and the agency responsible for their initiation and/or review.
