5.9.7.   HEIGHT AND STANDARDS
    in the DSO shall comply with the following:
   A.   Height
   The maximum wall is 21 feet; and,
   B.   
    are measured from the back of the curb within the public and must be a minimum of 14 feet from back of curb. from the northern shall be a minimum of ten feet.
