The following provisions apply to the TIA Environs.
A. Permitted Uses
The
permitted are those permitted by the underlying
, except as restricted by this section.
B. Posting of Occupancy Limitations
Any restriction of occupancy required under this ordinance as a condition of
permit issuance or certificate of occupancy shall be posted on the premises. The owner/manager(s) of the premises cannot exceed these limitations.
