Any person violating the provisions of this article or executive order or proclamation issued pursuant hereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
