Sec. 7-1(1). Auctioneers--Class A, as used in this article, means any person by whom the outcry of the sale of any real estate, livestock or secondhand goods, wares or merchandise at public action is made.
Sec. 7-1(2). Auctioneers--Class B, as used in this article, means any person by whom the outcry of the sales of any property other than real estate, livestock or secondhand goods, wares or merchandise at public auction is made, or by whom the outcry of the sale of other property together with any real estate, livestock or secondhand goods, wares or merchandise at public auction is made.
Sec. 7-1(3). Auction house, as used in this article, means a place where sales of household goods, personal property or interest therein, including new or secondhand goods, wares or merchandise other than new silverware, jewelry or precious stones, at auction are conducted as an established business within the city limits.
