351.17 HEARING ON IMMOBILIZATION.

The owner or other person who reasonably appears to have an interest in an immobilized vehicle is entitled to request a hearing to contest the validity of the immobilization of the vehicle. The hearing shall follow the rules established in Sections 351.18 to 351.20.
