(a) All building sewers which will connect either directly or indirectly into the POTW shall be inspected by and subjected to testing under the supervision of the City or its designated representatives. Building sewers or laterals shall comply with City construction regulations. See Section 915.04(g) for more specific lateral construction requirements.
(b) No sewer shall be acceptable to or accepted by the City without its written approval.
