(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of division (A) of § 72.24 shall be fined $3 if paid within 48 hours and $6 thereafter together with court costs, if court enforcement is necessary.

(C) Any violation of § 72.25 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500.

(D) Any violations of the snow route parking prohibitions of § 72.27(B) shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $750.
(E) Violations of the parking schedule set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule II:
(1) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of Ord. 2002-09 regarding Main Street and U.S. Route 40 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense.
(2) Violations of Ord. 2008-04 regarding Mary Drive and East Mary Drive, and Ord. 2012-20 regarding North Hickory Street, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500.
