§ 72.23 SPECIFIC NO PARKING ZONES.
   It shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to park or stand in any of the places tabulated in Chapter 74, Schedule II, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device.
