§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   For violations of Ords. 2008-03, 2009-02, 2009-19 and 2010-16, as set forth in § 71.05 and Chapter 73, Schedule VI, any person who disobeys the stop signs to be placed pursuant to these ordinances shall be guilty of the offense of failing to obey a traffic-control device and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.
   (C)   Any violation of § 71.09 as tabulated in Chapter 73, Schedule III, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $75 and not more than $500.
   (D)   Any person who disobeys the posted maximum speed limits set pursuant to § 71.26 shall be guilty of the offense of speeding, and shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense.
   (E)   Any person who disobeys the yield signs to be placed pursuant to Chapter 73, Schedule II shall be guilty of the offense of failing to obey a traffic control device, and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
