(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) (1) Violations of § 150.04 of this chapter shall be addressed as established in I.C. 36-7-9, as it may be amended from time to time. (2) Any party found to have violated § 150.04 of this chapter shall reimburse the town all reasonable expenses incurred in administration and enforcement of § 150.04 of this chapter, professional, legal and otherwise, as relates to such violation. (C) (1) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-4, the town may initiate a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain any person from violating a provision of §§ 150.15 through 150.25 of this chapter. (2) Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.15 through 150.25 of this chapter may be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500. The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in §§ 150.15 through 150.25 of this chapter. (2013 Code, Title II, Ch. 1, § 18)
