§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating § 90.01 of this chapter commits a Class A infraction for each day of said violation and shall be assessed $100 for each such day, as well as attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the town as a result of said violation.

   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 90.04 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

   (D)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 90.15 through 90.19 of this chapter commits a Class D infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $25, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

      (2)   Any subsequent violation thereafter within a calendar year shall be subject to double the penalty set forth above as the total civil penalty, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
