(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.02(A) of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
(2) (a) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.02(B) of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
(b) In addition to the fines for any infractions committed as listed herein, any vehicle parked in violation of provisions of § 71.02(B) of this chapter shall be towed away at the owner’s expense.

(3) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.02(C) of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
(4) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.02(D) of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.
(5) Any individual violating § 71.02(E) of this chapter shall have committed a Class B infraction and shall be fined $50 for the first infraction and $100 for every violation of § 71.02(E) of this chapter thereafter. Any vehicle parked in violation of § 71.02(E) of this chapter may also be ordered towed by the Town Marshal, manager or other town official, all at owner’s expense.
(6) Any subsequent admission or judgment of a violation thereafter of § 71.02 of this chapter or other code provision within a calendar year shall be deemed a Class A infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $100, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

(C) (1) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.03 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’
(2) Any subsequent admission or judgment of a violation thereafter of § 71.03 of this chapter within a calendar year shall be deemed a Class A infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $100, plus any and all attorney’s fees, costs of collection and any reasonable expenses incurred by the town.

(D) (1) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.04 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees, costs of collection and any expenses incurred by the town including, but not limited to, towing and storage of said vehicle.

(2) Any subsequent admission or judgment of a violation thereafter of § 71.04 of this chapter within a calendar year shall be deemed a Class A infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $100, plus any and all attorney’s fees, costs of collection and any other reasonable expenses incurred by the town.
