It shall be unlawful for any individual to leave a motor vehicle parked upon a town street in the town for a period in excess of two weeks without moving said motor vehicle from any specific parking spot. It is the intent of this section to require the movement of vehicles upon town streets so as to permit routine maintenance, street cleaning and other necessary town functions which cannot be accomplished by vehicles which sit for an inordinate amount of time in a specific place.
