§ 71.02 RESTRICTED PARKING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on a public street within the town within 20 feet of the intersection of said public street and any other public street.
   (B)   Any vehicle parked upon a public street, or in a public parking lot, within the town shall be moved within 24 hours of the time of notice to do so given to the owner of said vehicle by the Town Marshal.
   (C)   No vehicles shall be parked on any public street or on public property within the town in such a manner as to obstruct the vision of drivers approaching an intersection from any direction.
   (D)   Any vehicle parked on private property within the town in such a manner as to obstruct the vision of drivers approaching an intersection from any direction shall be moved upon notice to do so given to the owner of said vehicle by the Town Marshal.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful to leave a motor vehicle or other vehicle of any type on a town parking lot for more than 24 consecutive hours. If an individual or business entity desires to leave a vehicle in a town parking lot for more than 24 hours, that individual must apply to the Town Council and receive a permit for same, and upon receipt of said permit, will be permitted to leave said vehicle parking in the town parking lot for more than 24 consecutive hours, so long as said permit is displayed in the windshield area of the vehicle. Said permit must be applied for annually and shall be assessed a fee of $25.
