(A) Charges made by all persons rendering wrecker service within the city shall be based on bids pursuant to § 114.06.
(B) Storage charges, as provided for in the fee schedule found in Chapter 36, shall begin on the day wrecker service is rendered. There will be a charge as provided for in the fee schedule found in Chapter 36 each and every day thereafter the first 24 hours.
(C) A person commits an offense if he or she charges higher rates than he or she had originally bid to the city.
(D) The fees will be collected by the city and paid to the wrecker service each month. A service fee as provided for in the fee schedule found in Chapter 36 will be added to all wrecker fees and retained by the city.
