§ 153.072 PETITION FOR ANNEXATION.
   (A)   Unless the village and owner have entered into an annexation agreement providing otherwise or the subject property is otherwise already located within village boundaries and is part of the village, owner shall petition to have the subject property annexed to the village. The petition for annexation shall be submitted on or before submission of the final plat.
   (B)   In the event that the parties have entered into an annexation agreement, petition for annexation shall only be required as provided for in the annexation agreement. For purposes of petitioning for annexation, an owner shall complete a petition for annexation, in § 153.072.
