This chapter is one of several documents in effect and force in the village that govern the use and development of land. Other applicable relevant documents include the Comprehensive Plan, which includes the Major Street Plan and Land Use Plan; Chapter 154; §§ 92.16 through 92.24; and Chapters 51 and 52. Where and if the provisions of these documents conflict, the stricter of the regulations shall apply. For contiguous areas outside of the corporate limits of the village, the County Zoning Ordinance may be applicable.
