§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 152.01 through 152.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $25. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this division (A).

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 152.15 through 152.19 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $25. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and shall be punishable as set forth under this division (C).

   (D)   Any person violating § 152.32 shall pay a fine of not less than $10.

   (E)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating this chapter shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed and committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
