§ 152.19 LIABILITY; STOP-WORK ORDER.

(A) In addition, all work in the construction of the driveway or culvert shall be done by the owner or her or his agent in such a manner as to hold the village harmless from all liability of any kind, character, or nature.

(B) In case any driveway or culvert is constructed in violation of this subchapter, the Building Inspector shall have the authority to issue a stop-work order after which any person upon whom a stop-work order is served shall immediately cease working.
