Any person who disturbs or disquiets any congregation or assembly met for religious worship or any other lawful purpose, by making any noise, by rude or indecent behavior, or by profane, obscene, or improper discourse in conduct within the sight or hearing of such congregation of assembly shall, upon conviction, be fined.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or persons found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined the sum of not less than $5 nor more than $15 for the first offense, and for the second offense shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $25.
