§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or persons found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined the sum of not less than $5 nor more than $15 for the first offense, and for the second offense shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $25.

   (C)   Any person violating § 130.15 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $300 nor more than $100.

   (D)   Any person violating § 130.16 shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $20 for each offense.

   (E)   (1)   Any person violating § 130.30(A) shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $10 nor more than $50.

      (2)   Any person violating § 130.30(B) shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $10 nor more than $50.

   (F)   Any person violating § 130.31 shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $50.

   (G)   Any person violating § 130.32 shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $25 and to a further fine of not more than $50 upon refusing to disperse after being requested to do so by any village officer.
