§ 130.30 GENERALLY.
   (A)   Loud noises and offensive behavior. Any person, firm, or corporation who wilfully disturbs the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or family by loud or unusual noises or by tumultuous or offensive carriage, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight, or fighting shall be subject to a fine.

   (B)   Permitting loud noise. Any person, firm, or corporation who omits or who allows to be omitted from her or his premises, or from premises leased or controlled by her or him, any loud or unusual noise between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day on each weekday, and between the hours of 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and 12:00 p.m. on the following Sunday, shall be in disturbance of the peace and quiet of the village and shall be subject to the fine.

   (C)   Operation of radios, televisions, and similar devices. Any person, firm, or corporation who employs or allows the employed on her or his premises, or on premises leased or controlled by her or him, any radio, television set, loudspeaker, public address system, music box, or other device which omits from said premises any loud or unusual noise between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day on each weekday, and between the hours of 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and 12:00 p.m. on the following Sunday shall be in disturbance of the peace and quiet of the village and shall be subject to the fine.
