§ 91.085 BURNING COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL PROHIBITED.

Commencing in 2016, no person shall set fire to or cause or permit to be burned in any yard, lot, street or alley, any rubbish, garbage, paper or other combustible material except as provided elsewhere in this subchapter.
