(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating § 91.001 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $25.
(C) Any person violating §§ 91.002 through 91.006 and 91.010 through 91.012 shall be fined not less than $3 nor more than $25.
(D) Any person violating §§ 91.008 and 91.045(B) shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $200.
(E) Any person violating §§ 91.009 and 91.013 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.
(F) Any person violating § 91.014 shall be fined $50 and a like sum for each day he or she persists in such violation.
(G) Any person who is guilty of a nuisance described in the foregoing subsection 14 shall, upon conviction, be fined no more than $500 for each violation. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue constitutes a separate offense and is punishable as provided herein. The village shall also be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any fines provided herein.
(H) Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 91.080 through 91.085 shall be subject to a fine of $100 for a first offense, $200 for a second offense and $300 for each offense thereafter within a one-year period.
