§ 91.080 OUTDOOR FIRES AND OPEN BURNING.

Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, no person shall set fire to or cause or permit to be burned in any yard, lot, street, or alley any rubbish, garbage, paper, or other combustible material or operating any burn barrels for waste.
