§ 91.006 REMOVAL OF NAUSEOUS SUBSTANCES IN OFFENSIVE MANNER.

No person in removing any dead animal or excrement or any other nauseous, offensive, or putrid liquid or substance shall purposely or unnecessarily cause the same to be offensive or annoying to any other person under a penalty.
