§ 53.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $100 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue.

   (B)   Any violation of § 53.20 shall be considered prohibited dumping. Any individual found to have performed prohibited dumping in contravention of § 53.20 shall be fined $500.

   (C)   Any violation of § 53.34 shall be considered prohibited dumping. Any individual found to have performed prohibited dumping in contravention of § 53.34 shall be subject to a $100 fine.
